Heirloom Napa Michihili Cabbage Seed, Non GMO, Healthy Veggie
This is the most common form of cabbage used in kimchi. Its dark green, tender leaves are perfect for stir frying or pickling as they bear a mild and peppery flavor. Seeds can be sown directly into the garden when the soil is warm or started in containers. Zones 3-10. All seeds are packaged for the current growing season. Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep, 12 inches apart, in rich fertile soil. Germination occurs in 10 days, and the heads are ready to be harvested in about 75-77 days. Approximately 77 days to maturity from transplant.
